From Inner Conflict to Connectedness: An IFS Guided Practice

This is a 22-minute Internal Family Systems guided practice to help you shift from inner conflict to connectedness by shifting away from traditional resolution approaches toward finding steadiness within the conflict itself.

The practice begins with grounding techniques and offers multiple pathways to access one's core self, including calming the body through gentle movement or accessing flow states.

I then guide you through inviting conflicting internal parts to share their perspectives, using your hands as containers to hold different aspects of the conflict.

The session emphasizes curiosity and openness rather than judgment, giving you a deeper understanding of what each part is protecting or valuing.

The practice concludes with bringing both parts to the heart center and establishing ongoing relationship with these internal aspects. I close out by offering ways to continue the work, emphasizing that building relationship with these internal parts in conflict is an ongoing process rather than a one-time resolution.

May you experience a deeper connection to your parts within today…you and your parts deserve it ❤️
