A Moment of Connection: An IFS Guided Meditation
This is a 10-minute Internal Family Systems guided meditation session to help you gently begin connecting with a part or parts seeking your attention inside.
Through this short and accessible practice, you will begin by connecting to the body and breath, then move into cultivating curiosity as a gentle pathway to access a part through internal sensations, thoughts, and feelings.
By applying the first few steps from the framework of Internal Family Systems, you will be guided to notice whatever arises without judgment (Find), turning toward experiences with openness (Focus and Flesh Out), and offering appreciation to whatever parts and experiences arise (Feel Toward).
The practice concludes with a commitment to continued curiosity and a gentle transition back to awareness of your body as you reorient to the space around you.
